Sales Conditions: We send acknowledgements on all orders, please contact us
immediately if incorrect.
Term: Net 30 days upon approved credit only. All orders need to be prepaid with either check, cashier check, Visa, or Master Card. A finace charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on all past due, unpaid balance. Return check charge 25.00 per return
Minimum: $650 for all shipping orders. By case lot only.
Shipment: All shipment FOB local warehouse, freight collect.
Returns: 1. Any claim for defective merchandise must be made within 7 days from shipping date. 2. All returned shipments must be freight prepaid with prior authorization and Utm Furniture's original boxes. 3. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 4. No cash refund, exchange credit only. 5. Set-up items and special orders signed for in good conditions are non-returnable. 6. Authorized returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee plus freight charges due to customers error. 7. pictures are required to claim merchandise defect.
